[Legacy episode 1]

I thought it was good compared to the amount of trash we get in the portal. The voice acting was kinda iffy, the sound quality constantly changed and the lip synch was off. The drawings were good but the fight scene was obviously done through rotoscope (tracing frames from a movie) so I deducted points for style because roto scope animation is kinda a shortcut, and as all shortcuts go, it leaves that animation for the fight scene looking stiff. All in all it was great, but remember, the extra effort that would take should you decide to not take shortcuts will leave your animation looking much better.

I disagree

All of the movies you looked over in your animation deserved to be blammed and Ill tell you why. First shape tweening sucks and takes no skill, not to mention it looks crappy. Second that stick skate was made through rotoscope (tracing frames from a video) and was done poorly anyway, not to mention stick skating is old and very boring. Third dragon ball Z sucks and using sprites with poor backgrounds isnt worth saving. And lastly that last movie though not a 0 was pretty bad.

in a way i do agree with you but seeing as i have just started using flash i could'nt create great example of these types of movies, i tried my best but surely people can understand that it takes YEARS for people to develop flash skills and the fact that many respectable artists are put off by a load of idiots saying that it has no redeeming qualities.

I disagree with the OhAnzGlobal. I think its a very unique idea to newgrounds. Ive seen similar stories in some animes. The only resemblance to Necromancer is the anime-ish feel and the use of "dark" magic. Though the voice syncing is similar it isnt unique to necromancer and in this is better exicuted anyway.

I can see how some people might see similarities between this and Necromancer if you watch them one after another. A lot of Dark magic talk going on. As you said, there are similarities in anime. My story and Necromancer were by far not the first cartoons to have a main character with Dark magic.
I wrote my story back in October. I didn't have time to make the preview movie till after I got back from Cuba, though.

I thought that was pretty good. Tell me though, did you use rodoscope?(aka. Video taping someone than tracing or drawing based on the frames that the video tape captured)The movement didnt look like normal animation and reminded me of the lord of the rings animations which used rodoscope. Its not a bad thing, I thought it was very original.

I liked it, but it annoys me how people tie osama bin laden and sadam hussein. They are two completely seperate factions! The only similarity between them is that theyre both from the middle east and they hate us.

That wasnt a very good flash but that was a very entertaining movie! I completely forgot that I was watching a flash and thought I was watching TV! Your animation may not be that great, and your drawings may not be that good, but your an incredible story teller and director! I give you a 5!!!

I didnt think it was all that bad. It certainly was a great improvement from the first. Though I would like to let everyone know the big misconception about goths. I know that the confusion starts with columbine, although those sad individuals who were involved dressed in black they WERE NOT GOTHS. They were a lil something known as industrial. Also, those people who call themselves goth, enjoy calling other people "posers", "love death" and "love malyn manson" arent goths, they are Masonites. A real goth will most likely not call themselves goth even if they recognize themselves as being one due to those 'Masonites'. They are more passive then you think and care more about their poetry art and own personal beliefs than what those pathetic weak minded people who call themselves 'normal' think. Anyway, just thought i should clear that up for you all.

It's nice to know that someone doesn't look down on goth people. One of my best friends is goth, and all my other peeps push him around and are cruel and hateful towards him. This flash sucks, I would recommend for a start to make or download a preloader for this so it doesnt just freeze in the middle of it playing. Secondly I would recomend streaming your sound. Lastly, learn to draw at least well enough to make it look similar to the pico series,
