[Milkman]

very nice!

I have to say i thought there was going to be a story involved with this milkman and his wife, but then all of a sudden an unkown person comes out of no where and its so completely random i actualy laughed and fell over. Normaly in animation doing something like that isnt a good idea story wise, but theres something about the way you did it that made it so funny and enjoyable.

I must say as flash's go that was absolutely beautiful, but I must tell you although that was great I didnt enjoy it. You see I found it cliche to the extreme. Movie, anime and archetype cliche's were brought together in this well animated flash. I hold story, art, animation, and originality in high regard. You had great art so it was pretty, and good animation so it wasnt painful to watch. The story was understandable and was well organized for something so short, but I didnt enjoy your flash because the unoriginal directing and animation quirks in it. I cant blame you or punish you for something so small so I'm giving you a good score but not a 10 because a 10 is reserved for those brilliant people who can play with my emotions and excite me.

I must say it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. When I saw the way link was drawn i thought it would be another shitty dragon ball z peice of crap where people throw muticolored homosexuality at each other. Thankfully it wasnt and so you avoid a 0, but even though it was bad it still isnt good. I hold the actual art and animation in a flash to be the most important part in my opinion.

Now I have to tell you first and formost, dont use a several minute long mp3 thats several megabytes big in a flash where you intend to play only a few seconds of animation. I mean i was already expecting it to be crappy due to the subject, but the file size made me think it was an episode long, i was surprised to find only a few seconds of trailer animation. The story seems to fit the genre of dbz perfectly though, completely unoriginal. Im sure dbz was cool years back when it was new, but now more current animations, even stuff on cartoon network (excluding dbz of course) and nickelodeon makes it look like crap. Pick a different subject and learn to edit music clips and try again later.

Ow, my eyes, they burn. Please, dont try to achieve something beyond your skill level, when anime is drawn badly its never even remotely good because even simple mistakes ruin the entire thing. Therefore anime should only be attempted if its certain your going to do it decently. I dont mean to sound harsh its just a fact anime has to be drawn precisely or else it looks all wrong, its just the nature of that particular style and genre. I gave you high marks on graphics because it was nicely colored, low on style for botching the delivery, i never got past the intro (it honestly hurt my eyes) so i just assumed you would have comedy in it and gave you a 9. Try more achievable styles like cartoons or something next time.

seems no different from dbz concept wise, and dbz died years ago and therefore dbz sucks. The animation was, well, bad but ive seen worse. The drawings were a step up from sticks but still poor so heres the damamge.

Graphics - poor drawings bad animation though consistent.(3)

Sound - Nothing more than BGM, and a little bit of sound effects. Thats usually the most we get for flashes on NG so a decent score except the sound effects were of poor quality. I didnt like the music much either. (6)

Interactivity - NG Load bar (1)

Style - Pretty much a mimic of the style of dbz with a drawn out battle of "more powerful than thou", a style that was cool back when it was original and new. So no kudos for originality. Kudos for trying. (4)

Violence - Disfigured characters giving off red lines of bodily fluid from their many invisible lacerations. (2)

Humor - Attempted some comedy i see (1)

The 3/4 view was over used, i mean everything was 3/4 view and it looked bad that way. Art was ok, i have nothing against the hero cliche but at least during fight scenes you might want different camera angles instead of from the same exact side continualy, same goes with bodily movement i mean they looked like paper dolls.

I have seen alot on animations on newgrounds but this is the only one ive seen worthy of being taken and put into an animation festival! THIS IS BETTER THAN GENRYU's BLADE, MADNESS AVENGER AND XIAO XIAO COMBINED!!!! Do you know why, because before animation, before art, before all those things that present an animation there is the single most important factor that determines before hand how good an animation is. That is story. your animation represented a very entertaining array stories with a defined beginning, middle and end, even though they were several stories that seemed to have nothing to do with eachother they seemingly were interwoven and made this a very humorous and brilliant animation equal to the quality of animations entered into animation festivals and contests. Animation is a medium for story telling so therefore an animation is only as good as the story it represents, i hope i get to see more like these in the future.

Well.. since according to you this is supposed to be a keyframe animation and there are no keyframes, that means you get 0's for graphics and style. All of it was 3d animation, i was expecting keyframe animation and when i saw the file size i thought "This guy better be fucking good" and since its 5megs and only a few seconds long with one plot point and no story, not to mention that star wars doesnt fit in at all which leads me to believe that you imported those animations and models, that means you get a bad score, sorry.
